A survey has been conducted in china economic monitoring and centre of analysis that increasing rate of unemployment is the major concern for the economy of china upcoming year. Around 90% of economist showed their worries over the rate of increase of unemployment. China government ensured that around 15 percent of rural workers employed outside sent back home jobless. Also the global financial crisis has put country’s economic growth under the question mark.
To manage with the situation the china government have launched a $4-trillion economic stimulus package last year to increase the investment in infrastructure and prevent economic from the critical level. Many expert in economic department said that the china government should focus its fiscal policy on social spending including medical care, education and social security system. The economists also insist that the government should be directed at addressing unemployment.
One of the china daily saying expressed that with the great competitor like India, China should be 100 percent focused on their development in the rural areas and should improve the social security system in such a way that the people of china should believe the government on their educational system. Analysis Center predicted that rising unemployment would be the biggest challenge for China’s economy this year.
