The British Prime Minister Gordon Brown is to meet the American president Barack Obama in the US. Both the leaders of the two powerful nation of the world are reaching out to each other for an international truce on climate change and to save the world from the recently struck financial depression.
The visit of Mr. Gordon is taking place in a time when the newly elected president of America is trying to bring about changes in the policies of the government to gain mass confidence in him. He is trying hard to renovate the economy of US with its massive dependence on overseas oil. He is concentrating on restoring the world standard of American education and healthcare. He is also combating few special interest groups who are trying to ruin his $3.6trn fund project designed to renew and reform the US economic system.
